Internally Defined Codes

Internally defined codes useful throughout the specification where Concept is used. These are defined by the code system "rfh" which has OID [todo].

traceThe content is greater than zero, but too small to be quantified (used in formulations)
sufficientThe specific quantity is not known, but is known to be non-zero and is not specified because it makes up the bulk of the material. (e.g. 'Add 10mg of ingredient X, 50mg of ingredient Y, and sufficient quantity of water to 100mL.' The null flavor would be used to express the quantity of water. )
withdrawnThe correct value is no longer available
Resource Types
PersonAn individual person who is involved in the healthcare process
OrganizationAn organization which is involved in the healthcare process (company, government, consortium, etc)
DepartmentAn administrative sub-unit of an organisation that as a physical point of presence in the care process
TeamAn administrative sub-unit of an organisation
ClinicAn appointed time where patients and care-providers meet (usually recurring)
PatientA person who is the recipient of care
AdmissionAn instance of care where the patient physically resides in the institution providing care
AppointmentAn agreed time for a meeting between a patient and a care-provider
InterestOfCareWhen the care is provided an ongoing consultational basis (i.e. primary GP)
TransferRecords a movement of a patient and/or their interest of care
